Public Association MoveGreen is an independent, not-for-profit NGO, based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
MoveGreen is announcing the Tender on the procurement of audit services for the project “Commitment to climate protection in Kyrgyzstan and the Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia region, Phase 1”, Project Duration November 1, 2021 – October 31, 2023, project is funded by Bread for the World Protestant Development Service.
- The aim of the audit is the submission of audit opinions related to the semi-annual financial reports of the project, compliance with the cooperation agreement (Grant Agreement) and the use of the project funds by the Project Partner. Total four semi-annual reports throughout the duration of the project.
- The audit should be performed in accordance with the ISA standards and local legislation.
- The format of the report must comply with the format prescribed by ISA 800.
- The Audit Firm shall include all material exceptions as qualifications of the audit opinion. In particular, the audit report shall contain the opinion of the Audit Firm on the following:
a) compliance with the cooperation agreement (Grant Agreement).
b) use of the project funds exclusively for purposes of the project and in accordance with the cooperation agreement.
c) whether the financial statements show a true and fair view of the income and expenditure and the financial position of the project.
The commercial proposals should be submitted to the office of the Public Association MoveGreen, Blvd Erkindik 64b, office 29 (if office 29 is closed, then you can leave the managers in office 7), Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, or sent to the following e-mail addresses movegreen.bishkek.kg@gmail.com and vsharsheeva@gmail.com with email title “Audit commercial proposal”.
The proposals shall present the detailed breakdown of the fees and other relevant conditions.
